One of the better Mama y Papa Mexican restaurants we've been to in a while. Good sized portions, could be a bit spicier. It's in a redone gas station but the atmosphere is quaint. Very good chips and salsa.

To California fast food standards, I would say that this restaurant, it's a 4 out of 10. There is something about Texas restaurants. All are mediocre. I can not put my finger on it. It feels as if these owners don't really care for better service or better food. They just serve what they make and don't make the effort. This restaurant has good Barbacoa.
Their nachos are amazing the shredded chicken enchiladas were amazing with beans and rice and tortilla in guacamole I say if you're ever hungry I would go to El flamingo because it is awesome and it's really not that expensive
Good food good service had to bring over half of it home could not finish it all.
The restaurant is about to relocate hence the lower atmosphere score. Other than that great food at a reasonable price.
